For those of you who knew me a few years ago, you would know that I loved to plan and create itineraries and ensure every detail was laid out and ready to go. For those of you that are new in my life, you probably think that is absolute BS. I am living a life of impulse travel decisions and absolutely loving it.

The newest impulse purchase in my travel…a trip to China in November. That’s right, I’m going to China.

My friend Kalindra who y’all know from my Peruvian adventure sent me a Travelzoo for a trip to Beijing. “Want to go to China?” She inquired. “Sure.” I said without hesitation. Our trip is 9 days including airfare, hotels, meals and tours for about $1400. Are you kidding me? That is the airfare alone.

Needless to say, this girl is knocking China off her list of world travels for next year and conquering Beijing and Shanghai.

The summer is upon us and quite a few trips are planned. Get ready for some adventures with me.
